everybody dedicates a lot of time and money and energy to charitable work and public service. .. express them through the series, and this week i look at a rough cut that my son riley actually experienced when he was going to a normal public school, malibu high, and i found the perfect school outside of malibu high for him to go to. which took ten years to figure out, and one day i said, i'd like you to go to this particular school and i think you're going to really enjoy -- he was facing a lot of difficulties with it, with his disability, and he said i decided i'm going to run for office. i said, well, what office do you think you're going to run for? i was thinking treasurer, secretary -- i'm going to run for student body president, and his class was 800 kids. and the best and the brightest, smart kids, and he ended up winning.
